Some things i bought for the nursery and a few other things she needs [burping cloths, bibs, shoes]

She will be an athlete, what can i say? Daddy loved these ;]

My favorite thing i have bought her so far. Shoes to match her Dallas Cowboys outfit im getting her! Come on now, I have blue runnin thru my veins, she will be born a Dallas Cowboys fan. Cant waaaait for football season.

Baby don'ts: caged "playards"

Okay, so i was at the candy store, aka Babies R 'Us and saw this item for sale. Its known as a playard. Its a damn metal CAGE your suppose to put your child in. This was the picture on the box, and i cant believe they chose this display to sell their product. Notice the dog is outside the cage and the baby is inside it, is this not backwards or what?! We put dogs in metal cages. Is it really appropriate for a child to be inside metal bars like theyre in prison? I can understand "play pens" but this is absurd. Buy a play pen please, not a cage.

Nursery of the day: pinks and chocolates

Theres a lot going on in this nursery but i love all the creativity.  My favorite color scheme pink and chocolate is definitely a popular combination this year.

Gift to mommy: teddy from grandpa

My dad surprised me today with a build-a-bear he made for Audrey. I dont even have a build-a-bear. Yes, im jealous. Thank you grandpa for your first spoiling of your grandchild.

Gift to mommy: early baby shower gifts

My coworker Angelica was so excited to go baby shopping for me that she just couldnt wait to give me my baby shower present early. Did she go to town or what? A teddy, lil outfits, a big diaper bag, burping cloths, baby book, and my favorite- baby hand/footprints keepsake. I cant wait to stamp her lil hands and feet after shes born. Everyone keeps getting me things i havent gotten yet. Truly a blessing, thank you God.
