First Day of Preschool

Today I am such a proud mama! My Audrey Leigh started Preschool this morning and I was a bit nervous! Her class schedule is Tuesday and Thursdays from 8:30am-11:20am. I probably made 3 calls to check on her while i was at work, not gonna lie. She has a class of 10 kids and went into the class with ease. Right away she started working on a puzzle at one of the tables and we slowly walked out. She didnt even notice! I was told she cried just a little cuz she missed home, but thats expected. She brought home work from school, some colored pictures and writing samples. They learned the letter "W" and number "15" They also learned the colors of the stop light- red, yellow, green. Mommy is so proud of you Audrey Leigh! :-*

She is able to bring snacks to class so im excited to pack creative goodies for her, ones that'll make her smile when she opens up her lunch bag. I want her to be reminded that mommy is with her always ;) This Thursday, her next class, she is taking class pictures. Already! Im looking forward to hanging up lots of artwork and admiring her work.

Shopkins(:

Audrey has been collecting Shopkins for a couple months now. She loves to watch YouTube toy collectors, vlogs and tutorials and this toy is the new "rave." I think they're pretty cute collectibles myself! Just look at their little faces...so much detail:
You can buy them in packs, they come with a checklist to keep track of who you have (they have clever lil' names) and you have rare and special editions. They come With a pack of Visibles collectibles as well as hidden, unopened shopkins that you can unpackage to reveal a surprise one! You never know what you'll get! So cute. Here is her collection below:

GymTASTIC idea!

So as we've been planning on buying a swingset for Audrey, I came up with a better idea. All she ever wants to do is climb and swing from things....why not get an at home gymnastics center!? This way she can perfect her skills and still do all the things she loves to do most. She could care less about a swing or even slides. When we go to the park I have to tell her to rest her arms because she goes repeatedly back and forth on the monkey bars.  Here she is in action. She has now perfected the rings:

Im not sure if i want to put the gymnastics equiptment in her room or create a playroom for her, but here are some ideas i found:

Cute idea for in the room

Each day when i take her to the park i can see her upper body strength improving. If she couldnt do it today, she'll conquer it tomorrow. I love her determination....she amazes me each and every day.

Shining Star

Audrey has been enrolled in Gymnastics for 4 weeks now. This is her first time taking a class to strengthen her skills. I've noticed her strength and flexibility for a long time now. She showed signs of interest in gymnastics at an early age. It was something I never forced her into but something she expressed love for. This little girl amazes me every time she gets on the bar, which is her favorite, strongest skill! I am excited to see her grow and become a strong gymnast. If that is ever what she wants to be .

At class today she got a "shinning star" award for good manners. This class has taught her discipline and she's always been a very well behaved girl, but there is no fooling around in class. She sits there and listens to coach and does what is asked of her. For a 4yr. Old im pretty impressed. Good job baby girl!

Audrey started off by going to MyGym at an early toddler age and i enjoy it there so much i also have her in classes there as well. It taught her social skills which is crucial for an "only child." I highly recommend that class for children as young as babies.

Our happiest place on earth!

I love going to Disney during the holiisis?? ;)ays because it transforms into a different place. The fall decor is already setup and after 7pm the trick-or-treaters come out to play. We went 1 year with Audrey for Halloween and it was so cool to see families all dressed up in one theme. As an adult you can dress up and not feel out of place. Disney has always been my home away from home.
Can you guess what my favorite food there is?

Well, hello there Princess

I've been collecting Disney Princess costumes for Audrey since she was 2 yrs. Old. Today was the perfect day to play dressup, as I needed to get some pictures of her for her new room layout I'm in the process of starting. Her room is transforming into a Princess theme and she's absolutely excited about it. Since she's getting older, dont remind me, I feel a change is necessary.  She's had her room the same decore since before she was born.  The inspiration for today was to take pictures of each individual princess outfit and ill be hanging the pictures up on her wall....along with the Disney Castle ;)  FYI we are Disney passholders, shes been going since she was a 1yr old. Without further adieu allow me to Introduce...
PRINCESS ARIEL

TINKERBELL

PRINCESS ANNA

PRINCESS RAPUNZEL

I have a couple more to do, but ill save them for another day. The costumes are pretty itchy so when Audrey has had enough...well her real Princess side comes out and its a wrap!
