Advice of the day: I cant sleep!

During the last few months, particularly around week 33 and on [for me, atleast] you might find it difficult to sleep. Tossing and turning from one side to the other, waking up frequently to pee, every little thing bothers you. Yes, its frustrating. I find myself taking naps throughout the day because im so tired from not getting enough sleep at night. Here are some helpful sleeping aid tips:

1. Drink some hot tea before bed. My mom loves tea, she has a different tea for whatever remedy you need. There are teas to help with sleep and to calm your body. DRINK THEM!
2. Take walks during the day. Tires you out at the end of the day.
3. Sleep on your sides with a pillow in between your legs. Feels so goood let me tell you.
4. I heard sleeping on your left side works best ;]
5. play some white noise or nature sounds, anything that puts your mind at ease

Most importantly, dont worry about sleep loss at night. In a way, this is your body preparing you for sleepless nights when your gonna be up with your fussy baby. Just be sure to take naps when your body feels tired throughout the day.
