Hot uncomfortable days

Here in Southern California for the past two weeks it has been in the high 80's low 90's and its added more to my discomfort. Not only am I ready to just pop her out; my heart rate stays around 120, im very hot and bothered during the day, im always trying to catch my breath, I have to take little naps throughout the day, etc. On top of that, the heat is just so unbearable! Im glad im almost ready to give birth to Audrey. I feel for anyone who has just begun their pregnancy during the summer. Its torture. What also puts me on edge is the fact that i've been really nervous lately. To calm me down, I filled the tub with cool water and just laid and relaxed for a good 45 minutes.

It was definitely refreshing. I had some meditation music playing and a wet cloth on my head. I have my bags packed and im ready....come on Audrey, lets do this!
