Well, Halloween was a wonderful fun-filled event for both Audrey and I. This year I was able to participate in trick-or-treating again ;] aside from going out and dressing up with friends like past Halloweens. It was nice and relaxing taking this approach! My best friend came over and we took Audrey to Victoria Gardens down the street and they had a lot of little ones there. Each store [its an outdoor mall] had candy but I think we got there a little late because most stores ran out already. It was still fun strolling around and seeing all the other little ones costumes. Afterwards we headed home and I noticed the church around the corner from my house had a "trunk-or-treat". People volunteer to decorate their trunks and pass out candy....you go from trunk to trunk. It was the cutest and safest idea and I wish I would have known about this idea because we would have planned better for it. We showed up when there was a huge line just to get into the area you walk around for the trunk-or-treat. Instead we just walked around and enjoyed other festivities. Audrey loved the puppet show!
