D.I.Y-reusing jars and bottles

I have been saving jars and wine bottles with the idea of transforming them into storage containers. The jars are going to be used for things such as flour, sugar, rice, beans. The wine bottles are to be used for oils, maybe even a soap dispenser. All you have to do is buy a pour spout from your local hardware store. I absolutely love Home Depot. I prefer to pick up handy items ther rather than Michaels, believe it or not. Every time I step foot in Home Depot I fall in love. The smell of fresh cut wood...I could walk down every isle and shop as if I were at Forever21. Im currently obsessed with spray painting, different things with different textures. Right now my favorite one is the "mirror effect". I love the finish. Check out some of my projectd below:

BEFORE: pickle jar
AFTER: soak label with vinegar and it will rub off completely.
Spray lid with desired color. Add knobs from Home Depot.
I was thinking of adding etched writing. You can buy labels at local craft stores that have that "etched" effect. See below for comparison, as well as the look im going for:

I love the way the mirror looks on these bottles. I was thinking of using a chalkboard label on the front of them to finish off the look. Im going to add a pour spout to each, the wine bottle for oil and the beer bottle as a dish soap holder. Ill be sure to post the final looks once complete.
